Motives Day 1 - Product Training 4 hours $25

 

Course objectives - Introduce students to Motives by Loren Ridinger cosmetic line, the cosmetic industry, cosmetic consumer, demonstrate application & techniques for our entire line of Motives pre-packaged products and cover getting started with Motives within your UnFranchise business. Students should have with them Day 1 packet which will be emailed only after registration.  Students are encouraged to bring any Motives cosmetics they may have for hands-on application training.

Motives Day 2 - Business Builiding 4 hours $25

        

Course objectives - Hands-on workshop to teach Unfranchise owners interested in building their business with Motives.  The class goes in-depth into business building strategies and fundamentals such as how to book an appointment, conducting a Motives consultation, closing a sale, goal setting, retailing, follow up and ABC pattern, and much more.  This class is open to Unfranchise Owners only.  Bring your Motives Business Manual, your calendar and be ready to take action!

Motives Custom Cosmetics

-- Custom Mineral Powder Class - $25

-- Custom Mineral Liquid Class - $25

Course objectives - Complete training covering Motives custom minerals and custom blend liquid foundation, and demonstrate building the Unfranchise business with Motives cosmetics. This class is hands-on for students to build confidence and be able to conduct successful consultations with clients. Students will be able to purchase their very own custom blend liquid foundation or custom mineral for the special classroom price of $25/each. Students should have with them appropriate packet which will be emailed upon registration online.

Skincare 101 - 3 hours $15

Course objectives - Introduce students to the skin care industry & consumer and completely cover each of our skin care lines and the science behind the product. Teach proper usage for maximum results and how to match products to skin types. Teach class how to utilize unfranchise downloads and their web portal to educate themselves further on favorite products. Students should have with them skincare handout which will be emailed upon registration.  Students are encouraged to bring any skincare products they have if they are bringing guests.
